Greatest disasters #1: Someone _please_ explain why this looks more like Venus than Jupiter!?!? (Yes Jupiter... Go Ahead and Laugh.) I think I screwed up on my exposure calculations somewhere... :o) Its a 5 second eyepiece projection exposure using my Meade 26mm plössl.

Greatest disasters #2: At least you can tell this one is Saturn... Somewhat! Its a 15 second eyepiece projection exposure using my Meade 26mm plössl.

Greatest disasters #3: This is M42, the Great Orion Nebula. The brighter trails in the middle is the Trapezium. (I didn't even notice I'd kicked the tripod untill I took a look at the negative.) 10 minutes at prime focus.

Greatest disasters #4: I GOTTA' learn how to polar align properly before I try this again! Its the Andromeda Galaxy. *chuckle* This was a 30 minute exposure untill the $#%!! garbage truck went by.
